Privacy Policy
This notice explains how GDNA Group Ltd processes information when you visit this website, submit an enquiry or engage with our commercial maritime services.
Information we process
We process contact details, company and mandate information you submit, correspondence, engagement records, transaction due-diligence information and limited website analytics according to your choices. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or highly sensitive documents through the public enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use information to assess and respond to enquiries, provide agreed advisory or broking services, manage counterpart introductions, meet legal and compliance obligations, secure our systems and improve our services.
ShipsDNA and service providers
GDNA Group uses the protected ShipsDNA operations environment to store and manage enquiries. We also use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database services, Resend for transactional email and Google services for optional analytics. Access is limited to authorised routes and personnel.
Sharing and confidentiality
We do not circulate a new enquiry automatically. Information may be shared with professional advisers, finance providers or transaction counterparties only where appropriate to the mandate, permitted by law and consistent with the agreed engagement or your instructions.
Retention and your rights
We retain information only as long as necessary for enquiry handling, service delivery, legal obligations, security and legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or applicable data portability, and may object to certain processing.
International processing
Maritime work can involve counterparties and service providers outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we apply available contractual and legal safeguards as required.
