Initial screening
Borrower, jurisdiction, asset, intended use, track record and funding requirement.
Marine finance
GDNA Group screens qualifying commercial marine opportunities, helps organise the transaction evidence and introduces suitable cases to independent finance providers.
From asset to proposition
We help sponsors present the asset, operating case, ownership structure and repayment logic coherently before an introduction is made.
Borrower, jurisdiction, asset, intended use, track record and funding requirement.
Vessel particulars, age, class, inspection, casualty, ownership and market context.
Purchase price, equity, security, cash flow, tenor and repayment assumptions.
Suitable cases are introduced to an appropriate independent lender or finance provider.
Our role
GDNA Group does not provide credit or guarantee funding. Each finance provider applies its own eligibility, credit, security, valuation, legal and compliance requirements. An introduction does not constitute an offer of finance.
Introducer pathway
GDNA Group maintains relationships with independent commercial finance providers. Qualifying introductions are reviewed on their merits; provider criteria, appetite and onboarding remain entirely their own.
For suitable transactions, this can include traditional mortgage-backed, fully amortising marine finance structures. It is not equity investment and should not be presented as guaranteed or pre-approved funding.
Share the facts confidentially and we will assess whether there is a credible introduction route.
