Our direction
Build a more evidence-led maritime commercial firm
GDNA Group combines shipbroking, finance introductions and fleet-transition work with ShipsDNA's structured maritime intelligence. The aim is practical: improve the quality of opportunities brought to owners, buyers, financiers and operators.
ShipsDNA became the group's flagship data platform in July 2026. It remains a distinct product for subscribers and developers, while GDNA Group applies the intelligence to commercial mandates.
How we behave
We state our role clearly, avoid overclaiming market presence or transaction certainty, protect confidential information and qualify opportunities before asking counterparties to spend time on them.

Ken Nwangwu
Ken leads GDNA Group's commercial maritime work and the development of ShipsDNA. His background spans maritime data, shipbroking, asset screening and transaction origination across Europe and West Africa.
The wider delivery model draws on specialist legal, technical, finance, class, insurance and regional counterpart expertise appropriate to each mandate.
